Philosophy

EmployDEX is started by a group of young technology enthusiasts. We generate industry specific indices (E-DEX(R)) to help organizations select the best available candidates. We perform skill assessment tests and generate percentile ranks for candidates across different colleges/universities. We aim at helping candidates by providing them a level competing ground and showcase their capabilities. It is our way to revolutionize Campus Hiring.

Vision

EmployDEX will be the definition to scientifically measure skills and capabilities for every fresh graduate recruitment. We will be the benchmark for all skill assessment needs of knowledge based organizations.

The Team

We are small and we are focussed. The team comprises of Engineers, Content Writers , IT Application Developers and Communication Managers. We complement each others skills and together we are building EmployDEX.
