- What is EmployDEX ?
EmployDEX is a skill assessment organization which aims at measuring and indexing skills of job-aspiring candidates. We generate industry specific indexes to provide organizations make business critical staffing decisions. We measure critical skills and generate industry specific indices thereby helping both individuals as well as organizations find right fit for each other.
- Are you a recruitment consultancy firm ?
No, we are not. We are a skill assessment organization and our services are taken by both IT companies as well as recruitment agencies to improve their effectiveness in recruitments. However our skills are also used by organizations to conduct large scale campus drives and off campus placement drives.We also offer our services for Technical Assessment of existing and new employees.
- Which technologies can be assessed by your organization ?
